Answer 1 (Grace)- I think that Missy has been taken to the shack, murdured, and left beyond that location. Answer 2- I think that Missy was murdured, and no longer alive.
Answering Delaneys question. I thought the author choose a black women to be god to show some diversity and that god is not what we all expect which is normally a white man. So we should treat everyone like god because we never know who he is.

Answering Ethans 1st question: I think that the 3 other people in the Shack do represent the Holy Trinity. They keep saying how they are one with each other. Also, for example, the man and the Asian woman always know the conversations going on between Papa and Mack.

I think God is aware of the bad choices we might make, but he chooses to let the bad things happen so we can learn. He also uses the bad experiences to bring us closer to Him. God always makes the best out of bad things.
